I was extremely hesitant at first with the idea of doing any type of staffed sales because I was worried about my reputation, and how my sales staff would respond. For our store doing a staffed sales event was not even on the radar. We were actually looking to do some direct mail. One of the groups we were referred to and decided to contact was IAP Direct Mail. After discussing what we were looking to do, they presented us with a direct mail business plan that not only exceeded what we were thinking but at a cost that was less than we had inticipated. We have used a variety of different staffed event companies over the years at our stores and had always run into the same issue, which is the quality and ethics of the teams.
